Return and Refund Policy


  • Incase you want to make a Return or Exchange the product, you should inform the Digital Dress Room within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • You can make this request by going to “Your Orders” on the website.  You will see a Return button on the right side of the product. Please click the button and mention the reason for Return or Exchange, and whether you would like a reverse pick-up.
  • Digital Dress Room will not entertain any returns made by customers, without customers first informing Digital Dress Room with the reason on the “My Orders” page.
  • Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Kindly check the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.
  • Digital Dress Room has the right to charge Rs.150/per package to customers who violate Digital Dress Room’s fair usage policy, whatever the cost of the package might be.

  • Please note that it will take 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your customer card/account. (Excluding Saturday and Sunday).
  • Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.

Terms of Return and Refund

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

After pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Category Conditions
Correct Product IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The Quality Control team may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by DDR if:

  1. The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If DDR is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, DDR shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product
  2. The Product has been washed
  3. The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User
  4. The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match DDR’s records
  5. There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof
  6. DDR is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable
  7. Return request is made outside the specified time frame. If the Product is return back to us after the delivery period than the customer needs to pay the return shipping charge and a nominal fine for getting back the new product.
Some Points to be noted related to Returns are:

If the User is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from DDR, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by DDR after due verification at its sole discretion), a User may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Platforms. The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 3 days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product. While raising a request for return on the Platforms, the User shall have the option to seek a refund of the money paid by him/her towards the purchase of the Product only when a Product received is in such said conditions or the Product which you want in replacement is currently out of stock with the Vendor. The User shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, unwashed, with price tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such returned Product(s) should not carry stains, sweat, detergent, or body odour. DDR reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.

After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective merchant. In case the product was damaged while in your possession, DDR will not be under any liability to process the refund/replacement.

DDR shall initiate a process of refund of the money paid by the User towards purchase of a Product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles the User to a refund. It is further clarified that the DDR shall not be required to make any refund in respect of any Product that it deems ineligible for a refund based on such quality checks by DDR or its respective merchants from whom you have purchased the product.

It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a User shall not include money paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by DDR after due verification at its sole discretion).

For the purpose of illustration, if a User purchases a Product worth INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One thousand) and pays INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five hundred) for the purchase of such Product using available store credit, and the remaining INR 500 through his credit card, and such amount is to be refunded pursuant to the refund criteria set out under this Return and Refund Policy being met, then DDR may choose to refund, at its sole discretion, INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five hundred) to such User’s store credit account and the remaining INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five hundred) to the User’s credit card source account, or both the amounts only as store credit.


  • The refunded amount will reflect in the source (card/bank account) within 15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays)
  • Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange if the area is serviceable for a reverse pick up.   Mention the Order Number/Delivery Address on the package, before handing over the packet to our Pickup executive. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
  • If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID and Return ID for each item included in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs. Therefore, please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared via Contact us option available on Website, or you could email us at [email protected] The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:
  • It should capture the weight of the return package.
  • Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
  • The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
  • The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.
Reverse Pick up We arrange reverse pick up once. If customer fail to dispatch all products in one reverse pickup, then second reverse pick charges will be deducted from your refund amount, or charges will be applied separately by charging in advance to you or second return dispatch can be done by customer at own cost. Once the product is received at our facility, we will conduct a quality check. If it is approved by our quality staff we will initiate the refund process. Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel in cases of both pickup and self shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.   1. Due to the intimate nature, we handle returns for certain Innerwear, Sleepwear and Lingerie items differently, these items cannot be exchanged.
  2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
  3. Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
  4. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
  5. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  6. If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.
